TOC Supervisor @ XXX World Olympics - London

During the upcomming XXX Summer Olympics in London (July-August 2012),

I will be responsible for supervision of the TOC, including installation and operation, initial testing of the transmission paths to the IBC and monitoring the pictures and sound during transmission.

Principal contact with the IBC Contribution Desk and manages the requirements of the RHB’s.
Will supervise all TOC staff and ensures that they are fully trained in TOC operations.

Location: Wembley Arena (International Broadcasting Centre)

During the Soccer World Cup I was in South Africa for Alfacam/ HBS in Port Elizabeth.

- Before and after the match I did the mixing & shading of the Unilateral emision for several TV-Station around the world.

- During the game I was one of the 8 vision engineers / shaders in the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Port Elizabeth.

Due to a high demand I've constructed a compact Mobile Recording set.

At this moment it can record 2 Full HD stream simultaniously,
directly on Harddisk.
The 2 full HD streams are one full Dual S3D HDStream!!!

The advantage of recording on-site is that you gain alot of time in Post-Production and you don't need to hire a HD-Cam (SR) or XDcam or P2 player for digitizing/Importing files.

When the show or transmission is done, you walk home with a HardDisk filled with all the footage and you can start editing right away.

This is passive 3D, with polarized 3D glasses!!!
No more shutter glasses, no more headaches!!!

The ProRes files can be edited directly with Final Cut Pro 7 or with the not that popular FCX version, or simply with Avid MediaComposer v5.5

All input must be SD/HD-SDI or SD/HD YUV
